A Police Records Specialist in our records unit oversees the document and reporting process for the agency.

Duties are to process incoming police reports, arrest records, citations, and warrants; edit them for clarity and file them within the database system.

Activities include data entry, processing and releasing records, and receiving and responding to questions from the public and outside agencies; to review requests for reports and make determination regarding the release of information; and to perform other clerical duties in support of operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
